Zimbabwe Cricket Players - Andy Whittall

As a small test cricket nation Zimbabwe game do not have a large pool of talent available. This may explain how an unsatisfactory as Andrew (Andy) Whittall managed to play the Zimbabwe 73 international matches. If mundane were contributions - Andy at the level of test - it is especially known as the Guy Whittall cousin. Indeed, its usually clouded relatively more illustrious parent Zimbabwe cricket as a melon break off Andy contributions.

Andy Whittall was born in Manicaland Zimbabwe, March 28, 1973. He earned the nickname of "Structure" due to his imposing height, frame. Andy has also had the distinction of representing his country until he even played a game of first class in his native Zimbabwe. However, his figures reveal that he could have used any available additional match practice.

Although Andy scored two first class half centuries, its statistical batters at the international level were what might be described as "poverty cricket". As an off-spinner that could bat a little figures Andy contradicts its role as a drummer for lower-order. His low strike frappeurs in international cricket suggest that he accumulated total of lean runs pedestrian way which was often painful for the spectator to cricket.

Andy Whittall is primarily an off-spinner, although you wouldn't that guess after reviewing its statistics. At the level of the test, Andy Whittall bowling was fodder for drummers and extremely charitable world-class drummer. Ironically, he played most of its 10 games against teams from the Asian subcontinent test. teams that are known to play spin with aplomb. This may explain why Andy went window-less than 75% of the sleeve of test in which he reversed.

As a melon in one day internationals, Andy has been much more useful but still efficient step. 63 ODIs, it takes only 45 wickets to generous 50.03* average. However, it was picked step to take and ATMs in ODIs, but to limit the notation at one end. Andy is somewhat effective, as it suggests her parsimonious 4,37 bowling ODI economy rate runs by above. In fact, Andy conceded only more than 5 runs on 18 of a total of 62 ODI sleeves, he was overthrown.

The emergence of other talented players reduced by Andy Whittall somewhat promising career in international cricket. He played his last test match in 1999 and his last ODI 2000 - while he was only 27 years old. Although his stick was helpful and his bowling decidedly, Andy the slow economic bowling allowed him to make a contribution to the Zimbabwe ODI fortunes. After his playing days were over, he pursued a successful sports marketing career.
